    1. Even more a wonder given these were taken in the middle of Melbourne, on a tree outside the photographer's bedroom. She said she was amazed they made it so far.

  2. Owls have been a very rare sighting in my lifetime. They seem so mysterious me as a result.

    1. I don't think frogmouths are owls, but yes, I know what you mean about them being a rare sighting. Around here, we hear owls/nightjars more than we see them.
