  4. Thanks for the beaut pics Alan. You've certain captured marvellous detail of these lovely creatures.
    One had landed on our wire door yesterday and I carried it to the nearest tree. Couldn't be bothered picking up the camera (am photographed-out at the moment), so was glad to see the great effort you made :D)

  5. Thanks Joan Elizabeth and Susan. They sit so still one doesn’t normally notice them, but this one was on a plant right at the door so I saw it as I went out. As I photographed it from every angle to get the best shots its head turned and looked directly into the lens.
