These days it’s pelletised, so there is no smell.<br /><br />Our neighbour, on the other hand, spread truckloads of “green” chicken manure on his farm last year. It stunk of ammonia to high heaven for about two weeks! I’m praying he doesn’t do the same this year.<br /><br />I’m not well versed in carbon sequestration.
