Elves' House

We discovered this elves’ house, complete with “no junk” mailbox, on the side of the Mt Buller Road. Cute or what? :-)

  2. Ha! A bit too big for lil elves!
    Still, it's very interesting!

  3. Mmm ... on one level, I guess. I am not a 'greenie' - I love the countryside too much - but I respect it too much for this, too.

However, I do love the red of the red.

  4. What a FANTASTIC tree house! The red accents make it stunning and I love the chimney! What a find!!

  5. How absolutely gorgeous! It's the sort of thing we'd have delightedly shown our children (and grandchildren) when they were littlies.

Lovely to see when people have whimsical bones in their bodies ... and share the results :))

  6. I love it ... would have been totally enchanted as a child and not far removed from it as an adult.

  7. Many thanks, all. I think what captivated me most was the letter left for the "elves."

Good point, London Caller. Maybe it’s a gnome’s house and the postman delivered the letter to the wrong house. :)

Julie, I understand exactly where you’re coming from. I feel the same, but it’s been there a long time – the tree has grown around the door.
